●Hot and Sour Noodle Soup(for 3 peaple)
3 bundle Chinese noodle
100g of bamboo shoots
20 g of shitake mushroom
25 g of wood ear mushroom
100 g pork Boston Butt
100 g silken tofu
2 Scallop
some Shiraga Negi
some Chinese chili oil

●Soup
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Doubanjiang
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1200 ml chicken stock
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
some potato starch water mixture
1 beaten egg
80 ml of vinegar
1 tsp pepper
