How to make Beef Yakiniku Ju.(Yakiniku sauce)
This time, I am going to make Beef Yakiniku Ju.
Ju(重) is a term used to refer to a rectangle box in which food is stored.
I use loin of Hitachi-beef.(It’s a kind of Kuroge Wagyu)
A feature of Hitachi beef is melt in the mouth texture and a rich, luxurious taste derived from an abundance of fat.

●Yakiniku Sauce(for 200 ml)
50 ml sake
100 ml mirin
100 ml soy sauce
small piede ginger
1 clove garlic
1 tsp Doubanjiang
1 tsp gochujang
1 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp sesame seeds

酒:50㏄
みりん:100㏄
醤油:100㏄
生姜:1片
にんにく:1片
豆板醤:小さじ1
コチュジャン:小さじ1
ザラメ:大さじ1
胡麻:大さじ2
