黒麻婆豆腐♪ Black Mapo Tofu♪

This time, I am going to make Black Mapo Tofu.
I use extra Tian Mian Jiang and Douchijang, Douchi, so its color becomes slightly black.
You can enjoy their deliciously textures because I use very coarse grand pork.

●Ingredient(for 2 servings)
350 g momen tofu
1 tsp oil
100 g ground pork
1 tbsp Doubanjiang
1 clove garlic
small piece ginger
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
10 Douchi
200 ml chicken bone soup
10 cm white leek
some Sichuan pepper powder
some spring onion

●Sauce
2 tbsp Tian Mian Jiang
1 tsp Douchijang
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
