茄子:3本(400g)
豚ばら肉:200g
万能ねぎ:適量
ごま油:大さじ1
豆板醤:小さじ1
にんにく:1片
生姜:1片
紹興酒:大さじ1
酢:大さじ1
●たれ
甜麺醤:大さじ2
醤油:大さじ1
砂糖:小さじ1
水:大さじ1
鶏ガラスープの素:小さじ1/2
みりん:大さじ1

●Ingredients(for 2~3 servings)
3 eggplant(about 400 g)
200 g pork belly
some spring onion
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp Doubanjiang
1 clove garlic
small piece ginger
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp vinegar
●Sauce
2 tbsp Tianmenjiang
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp water
1/2 tsp Chicken soup stock.
1 tbsp mirin
