　　カレールー：1/2箱
　　牛ステーキ肉：300g
　　クミンシード：小さじ1/2
　　オリーブオイル：大さじ1
　　玉ねぎ：2個
　　セロリ：1/2本
　　トマト：1個
　　鷹の爪：1本
　　ローリエ：1枚
　　にんにく：1片
　　生姜：1片
　　ホールトマト：400g（1缶）
　　マッシュルーム：4個
　　塩胡椒：少々
　　チキンブイヨン：400㏄
　　ガラムマサラ：適量
　　ドライパセリ：少々

●Diced Beef Steak Curry.(for 4 servings)
　1/2 box your preferred curry roux
300 g beef loin
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
2 onion
1/2 stick celery
1 tomato
1 red chili pepper
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic
small piece ginger
400 g whole tomato
4 mushroom
some salt and pepper
400 ml chicken broth
some Garam masala
some dried parsley
