えび五目XO醤炒飯♪ Shrimp Fried Rice with Xo Sauce♪ ～炒飯の極み～

This time, I am going to make Shrimp Fried Rice with Xo Sauce.
This frozen fried rice is sold by Nichiromaruha Co., Ltd.
It is very delicious, so I decided to recreate it in my own way.

●Ingredients(for 1 serving)
200 g cooked rice
1 egg
1 tbsp lard
　15 g flavored bamboo shoots
　10 g Japanese mustard spinach
　5 g white leek
1/2 tsp shrimp powder
4 Steam shrimp with Shaoxing wine
1/3 tsp XO sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
some salt and pepper
some blended pepper

●Steam shrimp with Shaoxing wine
12 shrimp
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp potato starch
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

●Flavored bamboo shoots
　80 g bamboo shoots
　30 g ground pork
small piece ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar

●Blended pepper(for 10 g)
6 g white pepper
4 g black pepper

●Lard
200 g pork back fat
20 ml water
