スパイシーチキンカレー♪　Spicy Chicken Curry♪

This time, I am going to make Spicy Chicken Curry.
I make it without curry powder or curry roux, I only use spices.
And I made chapatti that is a flat, unleavened, disk-shaped bread, made of wheat flour and water.

●Ingredients(for 3 servings)
800 g chicken thigh
1 onion
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt×2
　1 tsp cumin seeds
6 green cardamom pods
1/4 tsp Kalonji
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
100 ml red wine
　50 g tomato puree
200 ml water
1 tsp cumin powder

●Marinade liquid
1 clove garlic
small piece ginger
100 g plain yoghurt
1 tbsp cumin powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper

●Chapatti（for 6 pieces）
150 g Atta
100 ml water
