海老のトマトクリームパスタ（1人分）
　パスタ：100g
　海老：3尾
　ピュアオリーブオイル：大さじ1
　ニンニク微塵切り：1/2片分
　海老のソース：150g
　生クリーム：30㏄
　グラナパダーノ：大さじ1
　胡椒：少々
　EXVオリーブオイル：大さじ1

海老のトマトソース（2人分300g）
　海老の頭や殻：6尾分
グレープシードオイル（サラダ油で可）：大さじ2
　ホールトマト：400g
　ニンニク：1片
　玉ねぎ：1/4個
　塩：一つまみ

Shrimp and Tomato Cream Pasta(for 1 serving)
100 g pasta
3 shrimps
1 tbsp pure olive oil
1/2 clove garlic
150 g shrimp sauce
30 ml heavy cream
1 tbsp Grana Padano
some pepper
1 tbsp EXV olive oil

Srimp tomato sauce (for 2 servings/300g)
6 shrimp head, shell, tail
　2 tbsp grape seed oil.(or salad oil)
400 g whole tomato
1 clove garlic
1/4 head onion
1 pinch salt
