　酒：45㏄
　みりん：45㏄
　醤油：45㏄

some cabbage
Shichimi mayonnaise
some lemon
some salt and pepper
some potato starch, oil

Marinade(for 3 servings)
1/2 onion
3 cloves garlic
45 ml sake
45 ml mirin
45 ml soy sauce
