●Soft-Boiled Eggs in Hamburg(for 4 people)
600g of ground meat
4 of soft-boiled eggs
an onion
10g of butter
some nutmeg
1 tsp of salt
some pepper
some parsley and fresh cream

●Hamburg sauce(for 4 people)
4 of mushroom
200ml of red wine
100ml of ketchup.
2 tbsp of Worcester sauce.
2 tbsp of soy sauce
some salt and pepper
