　300 g chicken thigh
　1/2 package bean sprouts
　some salt and pepper
　some lemon

●Sauce
　50 ml white wine
　1 tbsp Mirin
　2 tbsp granulated sugar(or sugar).
　2 tbsp soy sauce
　some garlic powder
　some Ichimi spice
　some Sansho pepper
　some pepper
