●Hamamatsu Gyōza(25～30piece)
200 g pork shoulder
250 g cabbage
1/2 onion
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic
small piece of ginger
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine.
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
50 ml chicken stock
some salt and pepper
1 bag Bean sprouts
some oil
some sesame oil
