180g pork belly
300g bean sprouts
30cc sake
some spring onion
Momiji-Oroshi
some Ponzu

●Ponzu(for 1000ml)
500ml of sudachi juice
500ml of soy sauce
200ml of mirin
3g of kelp
50g of katsuo-bushi
