●Tanmen(for 1 serving)
　1 hank ramen noodle
500 ml chicken bone soup
1/2 tsp salt
100 g cabbage, bean sprouts
50 g onion
15 g carrot
5g wood ear mushroom, bell pepper
5 g Chinese chives
5 g green peas and whit leek
1/2 clove garlic
30 g pork shoulder
some salt and pepper
1/2 tbsp luscious oil
