●Cheese Mench katsu(for 4 people)
300 g ground meat
1/2 tsp salt
80 g cheese
1 onion
1/2 celery
1 egg
some pepper/nutmeg
some panko
some batter

●Thick batter
1 egg
50 ml milk
80 ml flour

●Special sauce
50 ml Tonkatsu sauce
50 ml catsup.
1 tbsp lemon
1 tsp mustard
