●Chicken Cacciatore(for 3 servings)
600 g chicken thigh
60 g mushroom
2 tbsp olive oil
some salt and pepper
some flour
some dried tomato
10 g butter
1 rosemary
1 clove garlic
1 red chili pepper
200 g whole tomato
100 ml white wine
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
100 ml chicken bouillon
10 g Parmigiano-Reggiano
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
