●肉吸い(3人分)
  牛切り落とし肉:450g
  豆腐:1丁
  とろろ昆布:適量
  万能ねぎ:適量
  温泉玉子:3個
  出汁:1200㏄
  塩:小さじ1
  醤油:大さじ1

●肉の調味料
  出汁:100㏄
  みりん:大さじ2
  醤油:大さじ2
  砂糖:大さじ2
  
●濃厚出汁(1300㏄分)
  イリコ:50g
  鰹節:30g
  水:1600㏄

●Nikusui(for 3 servings)
450 g beef
1 package tofu
some Tororo Kombu
some spring onion
3 Onsen Tamago
1200 ml dashi
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce

●Seasoning for beef
100 ml dashi
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar

●Thick dashi(for 1300 ml)
50 g dried sardines
30 g Katsuo Bushi
1600 ml water
