●Ingredients (for 2 people)
<Kakiage Tempra>
1/2 onion
1/4 carrot
a bunch of Mitsub
10g of sakura shrimp
50g of flour
70ml of cold water
some oil

<Udon noodles (for 2 portions)>
200g of all-purpose flour
5g of salt
90ml of water

<Mentsuyu for 250ml>
250ml of Mirin
50ml fo sake
250ml of soy sauce
25g of Katsuobushi
5g of Kombu

<Don-tsuyu>
150ml of Mentsuyu
1tbsp of brown sugar
