Chicken Nanban（for 1 serving）
1 chicken thigh
some salt and popper
some tartar sauce
60 ml Nanban vinegar
some dried parsley

Tartar sauce(for 2 servings)
1 egg
1/4 onion
5 tbsp plain mayonnaise
1 tbsp plain
some tarragon
some salt and pepper

Nanban vinegar(for 2 servings)
60 ml soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
30 ml mirin
60 ml vinegar

Plain mayonnaise
1 egg
1 tbsp apple vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
180 ml salad oil
