 鶏もも肉:2枚
 塩:少々
 紹興酒:大さじ2
 もやし:1/2袋
 三つ葉:適量

漬け汁
 紹興酒:150㏄
 鶏のゆで汁:150㏄
 塩:小さじ1
 砂糖:小さじ1/2
 なつめ:6個
 クコの実:20粒程度

Drunken chicken(for 2 servings)
2 chicken thigh
some salt
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1/2 package bean sprout
some Mitsuba leaves

Marinade
150 ml Shaoxing wine
150 ml cooking liquid
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
6 jujube
about 20 goji berry
