鶏もも肉150g
茄子:1/2本
ピーマン:1個
玉ねぎ:1/8個
パプリカ:1/8個
レンコン:5㎜×3
揚げ油:適量
片栗粉:適量
鶏の下味
ニンニク:1/2片
生姜:1片
醤油:大さじ1
紹興酒(又は酒):大さじ1
黒酢あんの素(1人分)
砂糖:大さじ1
みりん:大さじ2
紹興酒:大さじ1
酢:大さじ2
鎮江香酢(又は黒酢):大さじ1
醤油:大さじ1
ごま油:小さじ1
片栗粉:小さじ1/2

Chicken and vegetable with Kurozu An(for 1 serving)
150 g chicken thigh
1/2 eggplant
1 bell pepper
1/8 onion
1/8 paprika
5 mm×3 Lotus root
some oil
some potato starch
Seasoning for chicken.
1/2 clove garlic
small piece ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
Kurozu An(for 1 serving)
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp Zhenjiang Vinega(or black vinegar)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp potato starch
