　パスタ：80g
　シーフードミックス：80g
　ピーマン：1個
　玉ねぎ：1/4個
　マッシュルーム：2個
　ベシャメルソース：適量
　バター：8ℊ×2
　溶けるチーズ：適量　
　ドライパセリ：適量

ナポリソース（1人分）　
　ケチャップ：60g
　トマトピューレ：30g
　ウスターソース：小さじ1
　蜂蜜：小さじ1/2
　牛乳：大さじ1

ベシャメルソース（3人分）
　バター：20g
　薄力粉：20g
　牛乳：200㏄

Grilled Napolitan with seafood(for 1 serving)
80 g pasta
80 g seafood mix
1 bell pepper
1/4 onion
2 mushroom
some béchamel sauce
8 g ×2 butter
some shredded cheese
some dried parsley

Napolitan sauce(for I serving)
60 g ketchup
30 g tomato puree
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp honey
1 tbsp milk

Béchamel sauce(for 3 servings)
20 g butter
20 g flour
200 ml milk
