●Geso Karaage(for 2 people)
3 of squid tentacles
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of sake
1/4 tsp of sugar
1/2 clove of garlic
small piece of ginger
1.5 tbsp of flour
1.5 tbsp of potato starch

●Red shiso juice(500㏄分)
300g of Red shiso leaves
1200cc of water
300g of crystal rock sugar
2 lemons
