・150g small intestine of beef(raw)
・1/2 onion
・1 tbsp gochujang(Korean red chili paste)
・1 tsp sugar
・1 tsp oyster sauce
・1/2 piece of garlic
・some salt and pepper
・1 tbsp sesame oil
・50cc water
