●Ingredients(for 5 people)
5 cod fillets
5 buns
5 butterhead lettuce
5 sliced cheese
some flour, beaten egg, Panko
some oil
some tartar sauce

●Special tartar sauce
1 boiled egg
6 tbsp of mayonnaise.
1/4 of onion
20g of pickles
1 tbsp of Parmigiano-Reggiano
some salt and pepper
some dried parsley
