2 tbsp potato starch
50～70 water
some salt and pepper

1/2 tsp Doubanjiang

●分量（2人分）
砂肝：8個
ネギ：少々
ポン酢：そいう小
揚げ油：少々
薄力粉：大さじ2
片栗粉：大さじ2
水：50～70㏄
塩胡椒：少々
●紅葉卸し
人参：1/6本
豆板醤：小さじ1
