80g of fedelini.
30g of shoulder bacon
an egg yolk
3 tbsp of special tomato sauce
50ml of heavy cream
2 tbsp of Parmigiano-Reggiano
some salt ＆ pepper
an Onsen Tamago

●Special tomato sauce(for 4 people)
400g of whole tomato
1 clove of garlic
2 of chili pepper
8 leaves of sweet basil
2 tbsp of olive oil
some salt ＆ pepper
