極太麺:1玉
豚バラスライス:35g
スルメ烏賊:35g
海老:3尾
木耳:15g
もやし:30g
キャベツ:50g
人参:10g
小松菜:15g
玉ねぎ:15g
鶏ガラスープ:大さじ2
紹興酒:大さじ1
塩胡椒:少々
●合わせ調味料(1ninbun )
醤油:大さじ1
オイスターソース:小さじ1
塩胡椒:少々
●極太の蒸し麺(3玉分)
つけ麺用の太麺:3玉
塩:少々
ごま油:小さじ1

●Chow Mein with Thick Chewy Noodles(for 1 serving)
1 portion thick chewy noodle
35 g sliced pork belly
35 g squid
3 shrimp
15 g wood ear mushroom
30 g bean sprouts
50 g cabbage
10 g carrot
15 g Komatsuna
15 g onion
2 tbsp chicken bone soup
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
some salt and pepper
●Combined seasoning(for 1 serving)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
some salt and pepper
●Thick Chewy Noodles(for 3 portions)
3 portions thick noodle for Tsukemen
some salt
1 tsp sesame oil
