6 chicken wings
80g of bamboo shoot
a Japanese leek
a bunch of bok choy
5g of wood ear mushroom
some Shiraga Negi
a sliced ginger
some green leek parts
some cornstarch water mixture
1tsp of sesame oil

●Sauce
1tbsp of oyster sauce
1tbsp of sugar
2tbsp of Shaoxing wine
2tbsp of soy sauce
500cc of chicken stock
