●Ingredients (for 3～4people)
400g pork tenderloin
1/4 cabbage
some Neri-Karashi
an egg
50ml milk
some bread crumbs
some weak flour
●sweet sauce
100ml of red wine
100ml Bonito dashi stock.
200ml Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1tbsp honey
●spicy sauce
50ml Chuno sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp white pepper
