●Hotate Takikomi-gohan
300 g rice
60 g dried scallop
some Himo
400 ml water and scallop re-hydrating liquid
50 g freezed Shimeji mushrooms
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sake
1 tbsp mirin
spring onion, Beni-Shoga if you like
