●Ingredients(For 5 people(10 large size croquettes))
1-kg potatoes
150g onion
100g bacon
150g cheese
1 tbsp dry parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Mirin
Some nutmeg
some salt
some pepper
some oil
some bread crumbs
some flour
2 egg
100cc water

●材料 5人分（大10個）
男爵：1kg
玉葱：150g
ベーコン：100g
チーズ：150g
ドライパセリ：大さじ1
塩：小さじ1
砂糖：大さじ1
みりん：大さじ2
ナツメグ：少々
塩胡椒：少々
揚げ油：適量
●揚げ衣
パン粉：適量
薄力粉：適量
玉子：2個
水：100㏄
