普通の卵の様に簡単に割る事が出来ないうずら卵！
今回は　簡単に包丁でカットする方法をご紹介します♡

マグロ丼、豚丼などにコロンとかけてどうぞ*(^o^)/*

① うずら卵は尖っている方と丸い方があって丸い方の底から5ミリの所に包丁の角を差し込みます。

② 包丁の角を回転させながらくるっと切り取ります。

Quail eggs are not as easy to crack as regular eggs!

This time, we will introduce a simple way to cut them with a knife♡

Pour them over tuna donburi, pork donburi, etc.*(^o^)/*

① Quail eggs have a pointed end and a round end. Insert the corner of a knife 5mm from the bottom of the round end.

② Rotate the corner of the knife and cut it off.
