パスタ：80g
トマトソース：80cc
水：50cc
ミートボール：8個
塩胡椒：少々
EXVオリーブオイル：小さじ1/2

●トマトソース(650cc分)
ホールトマト：800cc
玉ねぎ微塵きり：40g
ニンニク：1片
オリーブオイル：80cc
鷹の爪：2本
オレガノ：少々
バジル：少々

●ミートボール（30個分）
ひき肉：500g
塩：小さじ1/2
パン粉：10g
牛乳：25cc
玉ねぎ微塵きり：40g
ナツメグ：少々
玉子：1個
パルメザンチーズ：30g

some salt and pepper
1/2 tbsp EV olive oil

●Tomato sauce(for 650ml)
800g whole tomato
40g minced onion
1 garlic
80ml olive oil
2 chili pepper
some oregano
some basil

●Meat ball(serves 30)
500g ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
10g bread crumbs
25ml milk
40g minced onion
some nutmeg
1 egg
30g Parmigiano-Reggiano
