●Ton Tecchan(for 2 people)
　200g of boiled pork giblets
　3 of garlic shoots
　2 of spring onion
　1/2 package of bean sprouts(about 100g).
　some threaded chili pepper

●Marinade sauce
　1 tsp of sugar
　1 tbsp of soy sauce
　1 tbsp of Mirin
　1 tbsp of sake
　1 tbsp of sesame oil
　1/2 tbsp of Doubanjiang
　1 tbsp of Miso
　1/2 clove of garlic
　small piece of ginger
