ピュアオリーブオイル：大さじ2
パンチェッタ：50g
にんにく：1片
玉ねぎ：1/8個
フレッシュトマト：1個
トマトピューレ：大さじ1.5
塩：一つまみ
ペコリーノロマーノ：大さじ1
EXVオリーブオイル：少々
ペコリーノロマーノ：適量

Paloma-style Spaghetti(for 1 serving)
 90 g pasta
 2 tbsp pure olive oil
 50 g pancetta
 1 clove garlic
 1/8 onion
 1 fresh tomato
 1.5 tbsp tomato puree
 a pinch salt
 1 tbsp Pecorino Romano
 some EXV olive oil
 some Pecorino Romano
