小松菜とチャーシューの黒炒飯(1人前)
　ご飯：200g
　玉子：1個
　チャーシュー：30g
　ボーナスチャーシュー：10g
　小松菜：10g
　人参：5g
　塩胡椒：少々

黒炒飯ソース（1人前）
　老抽王：小さじ2
　オイスターソース：小さじ1/4
　紹興酒：大さじ1
　砂糖：小さじ1/4
　塩胡椒：少々

チャーシュー（500g）
　豚肩ロース：500g
　醤油：50㏄
　砂糖：50g
　蜂蜜：大さじ2
　オイスターソース：大さじ1
　紹興酒：大さじ1
　五香粉：小さじ1/3
　生姜搾り汁：小さじ1/2

炒飯用のご飯（3合分）
　米：3合
　水：通常より1割少なく
　鶏ガラスープの素：小さじ1

中華スープ（1人分）
　鶏油（ごま油で可）：少々
　万能ねぎ：少々
　塩：少々
　鶏手羽スープ（鶏ガラスープの素で可）：150cc

鶏手羽スープ（1200cc）
　鶏の手羽先：400g
　水：1600cc

Black Chao Fan with Komatsuna and Cha Siu（for 1 serving）
200 g rice
1 egg
30 g Cha Siu
10 g bonus Cha Siu
10 g Komatsuna
5 g carrot
some salt and pepper

Black chau fan sauce(for 1 serving)
2 tsp Chinese dark soy sauce
1/4 tsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1/4 tsp sugar
some salt and pepper

Cha Siu(500 g)
500 g pork shoulder
50 ml soy sauce
50 g sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1/3 tsp five spice powder.
1/2 tsp ginger juice

Rice for Chau fan()
450 g rice
less water than usual.
1 tsp chicken stock powder

Chinese soup(for 1 serving)
some Chi Yu(or sesame oil)
some green onion
some salt
some chicken wing tips soup

Chicken wing tips soup(1200 ml)
400 g chicken wing tips
1600 ml water
