おくら・・・・1袋
梅干し・・・・6粒
豚肉薄切り・・6枚
しその葉・・・6枚
・・・調味料・・・
油・・・・・大さじ1
塩コショウ・少々
日本酒・・・少々
Material for 2 people
Okura … 1 bag
Umeboshi … 8 tablets
Pork slices … 1 bag
Shino leaves … 8
···seasoning···
Oil … 1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper, a little
Sake … some
おくらをお湯で2分～3分塩を入れての中にゆでます
2 to 3 minutes with hot water and salt and boil it inside
おくらがゆで終わったら冷まします
Let it cool down after the boiled rice
肉を広げてしそをのせてたたいた梅干をぬりおくらをのせたら肉で巻く
Spread the plums with the meat spread on top
Roll the meat on top
巻き終えたら塩とコショウを振りかける
Sprinkle with salt and pepper when finished
フライパンにオリーブオイルを引く
Add olive oil to a frying pan
肉を並べて焼く
Cook the meat side by side
こんがり焼けたらお仕上げに酒を入れる
Add the sake to the finish if it is burnt
