●Ingredients (for 3 people)
-Roast eggplant with cheese-
2 eggplant
100g melty cheese
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dry parsley

-Galic toast-
1 baguette
20g butter
2 clove of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dry parsley
