●Ingredients(for 3 people)
3 portions of Udon
16 shrimps
1 cuttlefishe
3 greenleaf
1/5 carrot
some Mesclun
9 cherry tomato
3 onsen-tamago
some Parmesan cheese
90cc Mentsuyu
150cc Cesar dressing

●Cesar dressing（220㏄）
5 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. of Crazy salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugarless yogurt
1/3 tsp garlic powder
Some white pepper
