●Chicken Takikomi Gohan(for 4 persons)
300ｇ of rice
200g of Karaage
4 tbsp of Yakiniku sauce
4 cloves of garlic
1 package of Shimeji mushroom
some Beni-Shoga and spring onion

●Stamina soup(for 4 persons)
1000ml of chicken stock
1/2 tbsp of sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of light soy sauce
some pepper
some Wakame seaweed

●Ranou Shio Koji zuke
2 of egg yolk
2 tbsp of Shio Koji
