●Beef Shigureni Don(for 3 people)
300g beef
20g ginger
3 servings Cooked rice
75ml sake
2 tbsp mirin
75ml water
2 tbsp soy sauce
2.5 tbsp sugar
some spinach, Kinshi tamago,carrot
●Soup for Dashi Chazuke
800ml bonito broth
2 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
