●材料
メークイン:500g
合挽きミンチ：200g
玉ねぎ：1/2個
胡椒/ナツメグ/塩：各小さじ1/2
砂糖/みりん/酒：各大さじ1
キャベツ/ミニトマト等

揚げ衣
玉子：1個
水：大さじ2
小麦粉：大さじ1
パン粉：適量

●Ingredients
500 grams Potatoes (waxy boiling potatoes such as May Queen)
200 grams Ground meat – beef and pork mix
1/2 Onion
1/2 tsp each Pepper, nutmeg, salt
1 tbsp each Sugar, mirin, sake
3 tbsp Soy sauce
1 Cabbage, cherry tomatoes etc. to serve on the side

●For the batter:
1 Egg
2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Flour
