●Spaghetti with tuna and summer vegetable（for 2 people）
　160g pasta
　40g chicken of the sea
　1/2 eggplant
　1/4 zucchini
　2 tbsp Parmigiano-Reggiano
　some pepper
　some dry parsley
　2 tbsp EXV olive oil

●Tomato sauce
　1 can whole tomato
　1 clove garlic
　3 tbsp olive oil
　1/4 onion
　5 basil leaves
　some salt
