●Fried rice with crab(for 1 people)
200g cooked rice
1 tbsp oil
1 egg
35 g crab meat
10 g lettuce
10 g pickled cucumber
some white leek
some pepper

●Pickled cucumber
2～3 cucumber
200 ml water
1.5 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1 inch kombu
