●Yoshino Tori Meshi(for 3 people)
　300g of rice
　360 ml water
　50 g chicken thigh
　2/3 burdock root
　some fat of chicken
　1/2 clove garlic
1 tbsp sugar
　80 ml soy sauce
　2 tbsp sake

Kaori Takuwan
　50 g takuwan
　5 shiso leaves
　some sesame seeds
