It is traditional spicy soup from Sichuan Province.
As it was very delicious when I ate it at restaurant “Chipao Malatang”, so I decided to reproduce it in my own way.

●Malatang(for 1 serving)
400 ml medicinal soup
your favorite ingredients
some Mala paste
some garlic
1/3 tsp +α salt
some Rayu if you like
●Medicinal soup(for 3 servings)
2000 ml+α water
1 pork bone
1 chicken bone
1 piece star anise
30 grain Sichuan pepper
4 red chili pepper
1 dried gardenia fruit.
small piece ginger
10 grain dried goji berries
some Chinpi
●Mala paste
1/2 tbsp lard
1 tbsp Doubanjiang
small piece ginger
1 tsp Sichuan pepper powder
1 tbsp Korean red chili powder
