●Fried mackerel with sweetened vinegar sauce(for 1 seaving)
1 Saba
some tomato
some red leaf lettuce
some Shiraga Negi
small piece of ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce

●Sweetened vinegar sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp Zhenjiang Vinegar（or vinegar）
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
