なすとベーコンのトマトソースすぱの作り方の動画です

●材料（1人前）
　パスタ:100g
　ニンニク：1/2片
　オリーブオイル:大さじ1
　ベーコン:30g
　茄子：1本
　ドライパセリ：少々
　トマトソース：100㏄
　EXVオリーブオイル：大さじ1
　ペコリーノロマーノ：少々

●トマトソース
　オリーブオイル：50㏄
　玉ねぎ：1個
　人参：1/2本
　セロリ：1/2本
　ニンニク：2片
　ホールトマト：800g(2缶)
　塩：小さじ1/2
　水：50㏄
　ローリエ：2枚
　塩胡椒：少々

●Ingredients(for 1 serving)
100 g pasta
1/2 clove garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
30 g bacon
1 eggplant
some dried parsley
100 ml tomato sauce
1 tbsp EXV oil
some Pecorino Romano

●Tomato sauce
50 ml olive oil
1 onion
1/2 carrot
1/2 celery
2 clove garlic
800 g （2 can） whole tomato
1/2 tsp salt
50 ml water
2 bay leaves
some salt and pepper
