Simple Japanese style rolled omelette
【Ingredient (2 Servings)】
2 Eggs
2 tsp of Sugar
1/2 tsp of Soy Sauce
Appropriate amount of Vegetable Oil

①Crack open the eggs and put them into a bowl. Do not stir too much!
②Add the sugar and the soy sauce into the bowl and mix well.
③Put a pan on middle heat. Add vegetable oil.
④Pour 1/3 of the egg mixture into the heated pan. Pop fluffy parts of eggs with chopsticks. Add another 1/3 of eggs and pop the fluffy parts again. Then, add the rest of the eggs.
⑤Roll them with a bamboo rolling mat. Secure them with a rubber band. Allow them to cool.
⑥After cool down completely, cut appropriate size to eat. Place them on a plate.

醤油・・・小さじ１/２
サラダ油・・・適量

①ボウルに卵を割り入れて、白身を切るように混ぜる。（混ぜすぎないように！）
②砂糖と醤油を加えてかき混ぜる。
③フライパンを中火で熱しサラダ油を敷く。
④卵の１/３を流し入れ膨らんだ部分を箸で潰す。奥から手前へ向かって巻く。それを３回繰り返す。
⑤冷めるまで、まきすで巻いておく。（輪ゴムで止める）
⑥完全に冷めたら食べやすい大きさにカットしてお皿に盛り付ける。
